The half-marathon on the space base is over, bling earned, and mission accomplished! (pun intended)
The Journeys of Faith and Fitness Eight Week Challenge has concluded. I hope each of the participants picked up some valuable nuggets along the way and were encouraged in their own journey. ;) Now on to the next chapter.... After following the remarkable company and program Precision Nutrition for a few years, I took the plunge in June 2017, and signed up as a coaching client. I spent the next 12 months retraining my mind, adding to my owner's manual toolkit, and working toward becoming a better version on myself each day. Before I decided to become a client, I originally wanted to purchase the Nutrition Certification program. However, I decided there was a greater value in first experiencing the program and "working on me" before jumping into the coaching aspect of the program. NOW is the time! The bi-annual enrollment for the coaching program opened in early fall, and I took the leap! It is now, that I have the room in my schedule to dive into the content and pursue this next level of learning. The end result will be a Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification and so many tools to assist clients on their journey. This will add tremendous value to the coaching experience my clients receive. Never stop learning! Progress Not Perfection! Future PN Level 1 Coach!! :)
