60 Day Program Components
Important Information:
- Initial call to determine scope of program.
- Sign up for the 60 days of Coaching
- Prepare for the program by completing documents and assessments
- Individual coaching call to discuss specific program goals and components.
- 60 day Coaching Program begins on a Monday
Challenge Components:
- Nutritional and/or Lifestyle habits tracking via app
- Daily workouts customized to match your needs, abilities, and goals delivered in app
- Unlimited messaging support via text and/or FB private group/messenger
- Unlimited email support (allow 24-36 hours for reply)
- Coaching support throughout the program and beyond
- Optional online or in person meet ups for support and extra encouragement
