February 15 · 2020 I began the Fitness Program with committing to 60 days of nutrition, fitness and overall well being lessons. I didn't think I would have the "time" but soon realized that it wasn't so much as "time" as it was motivation...at least for me. I always considered myself as a healthy eater making good food choices and staying active throughout the day. But for some reason, in my case, that was not enough. This fitness program has taught me to take things SLOW...One step at a time. Even though I feel that I had been knowledgeable in eating the right foods -- each 2-5 minute lesson has brought NEW INSIGHTS that I would have never thought before. I am so happy I signed up for this program. I do not feel my eating is restricted in any way. I feel it is slowly becoming RE-DIRECTED as I continue along this path. I just had a donut for breakfast! And I don't feel guilty! I know that my meals for the rest of the day will cancel out this gluten-free/ sugar free donut I indulged in earlier. Cindy is a highly motivated instructor will go out of her way to keep you motivated. We even had a ZOOM video class where she helped instruct me for a workout. Have I done ALL the workouts? No. BUT this program gives you all the information you need to be successful. I just had an epiphany last week during my workout session with Cindy. It has motivated me to continue on this path to hopefully become more healthy in the way I eat; safe in the way I exercise and Mentally aware of my surroundings and things that involve the choices I make. If you don't want to commit to the whole year program -- then try the 60 day program. You will soon discover that this program is meant to be successful. Life changing. Definitely NOT a FAD! Oh! And did I mention that I still enjoy my glass of wine at night? AND I'm NOT counting calories!.....Thank you Cindy for what you do!

My review of my time as a client with the coaching platform:
In July of 2017, I enrolled in a one year coaching program, as a client with, Precision Nutrition. At the time, I really wanted to use their coaching program to coach others, but decided to make the investment in myself first and to learn the ins and outs of the program. That was one of the best decisions I could have ever made for my health and wellness journey.
During the course of the year as I went through the lessons and workouts, supported by my coach, I learned so many things about myself, food, daily habits, and more. Some people measure success in pounds and inches (lost or gained), some measure it in strength gains or fat loss, and some measure it in the knowledge gained about self.
One of the biggest takeaways I learned was that there is HOPE. HOPE for those people who have been on the yo-yo diet lifestyle for too many years. HOPE for those who continue to be bound by "food rules". HOPE for those who "have tried everything". HOPE for the injured who want to move but have limitations.
Now it is time for me to be the coach! Let me show you how to find the same HOPE I discovered. This program will change your life. I guarantee it!
